Momentum AMP (formerly NowCerts)
A full agency management system with certificates, policies, endorsements, commissions and ACORD forms, aimed at agencies that need AMS record-keeping rather than a marketing tool. Sold as NowCerts until the 2024 rebrand to Momentum; logins and training still run on nowcerts.com.
What it costs
Published rate card: Essentials $119 per month (1 user), Professional $199 (2 users), Business $419 (5 users), Enterprise quoted; each additional seat $54. IVANS carrier downloads are $35 on some tiers. Add-ons are priced separately: Momentum Automation Center free to $199 per month, Momentum Voice $150 or $240 per month with 500 or 1,000 minutes and $0.40 per minute beyond, and a comparative rater from $100 per month. Texting runs through a third party (Twilio or RingCentral).
Trial and access: Demo-led; no public self-serve signup.

What it does well
- Genuine AMS depth: certificates, endorsements, ACORD forms and commission tracking are core, not add-ons.
- Published pricing: an agency can budget the AMS, extra seats and add-ons without a sales call.
- Automation around servicing tasks and renewals is well developed.
- Independent reviewers have produced usable walkthrough videos, which is rare in the AMS category.
Where it falls short
- Voice, automation and rating are separate monthly add-ons, and calling minutes beyond the allowance are metered.
- No public self-serve signup or trial; "Get Started" books a demo.
- Interface is functional rather than modern, and reviewers regularly say the learning curve is steep.
- Marketing and client-messaging capability is thinner than the CRM-first tools here.
