What it does well
- Insurance records come pre-built on Salesforce: Household, Carrier, Agency and Policy, with Individual, Group and Employee policy types.
- Digital Scope of Appointment with timestamped drug and provider lists and one-click audit exports.
- Inherits Salesforce flexibility: custom fields and flows, Salesforce APIs and the AppExchange catalog.
- The full rate card, including every add-on and setup fee, is published.
Where it falls short
- Month-to-month billing still carries a 12-month minimum.
- Commission reconciliation is a paid add-on of $1,200 to $4,600 a year plus a one-time setup fee.
- Quoting and enrollment happen in connected third-party engines (HealthSherpa, Quotit, LA Pro, Medicare Now), and Quotit is billed separately.
- Calling depends on a RingCentral or 8x8 subscription, and tailoring the system beyond the defaults assumes Salesforce admin skills.
